As we all know that India has youngest population in this aging world and this demographic dividend opportunity will remain with India till 2055-2056 which is the longest duration as studied by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). So, India has an advantage of increased workforce but it is also studied that India may face challenge of lack of skills of this increased workforce. It is crucial to bridge the gap between workforce availability and their employability. To minimize the gap, Wisdom Foundation has taken an initiative to train and to develop manpower on their soft skills and hard skills. Our focus is to make them employable and getting them ready to contribute in the nation’s economic growth.
Wisdom Foundation is established in 2015 and headquartered at Vathar Tarf Vadgaon. We are on mission to provide training to needy students & employees for their skill development. President of Wisdom Foundation Dr. Ajay Maske is into Training & Development since 15 years. In these 15 years he has trained thousands of students & employees and extended his kind support to their upliftment, holded their hands in this fierce competition of technological era. He also played key role in their counselling because we believe to contribute our part in nation’s building.
Wisdom foundation imparted Faculty Development Program to facilitate upgradation of current knowledge and skill. We also have executed separate training module for Teachers Training. We intended to focus on effective ways of teaching and helping teachers to understand new teaching patterns so that they will deliver value to their students. We also have arranged Job Fair and other recruitment & placement activities.
We express our gratitude to Mother Nature by planting various trees and taking care of those tiny little plants. We also arrange environment awareness programs for next generation to make them understand the sustainable growth with utmost care of environment as we understand the prime importance of its preservation.

Dr. Ajay Maske is a Philanthropist, Prominent Trainer, Consultant, Author and Popular Proficient Speaker in the field of self-development. He has addressed thousands of business executives, students, and employees of various organizations & educational institutions. He has been conducting seminars, workshops, private and public talks on peak performance, success, motivation, leadership, strategic skills, goal setting, time management, business mastery, sales and marketing. Along with offline training he has also created some online courses like Mind Power Mastery (MPM) and Public Speaking Skills Mastery to educate people about these skills. Ajay holds MBA Degree in Marketing, Master of Philosophy in Commerce, M. A. in Psychology, and Doctorate in Subject Training and Development. He has also been awarded for excellence by Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi. His mission is to train, inspire, and empower every person to achieve success and life fulfilment. As an executive director of Wisdom foundation, we are trying to achieve higher level of success in terms of employability skill development among the youths of our country. We catering the needs of poor students from rural areas by supporting them with quality education materials. With wisdom we are imparting employability skills among graduates and undergraduate
youths of our area. Since 2015 we are successfully providing job opportunities to skilled and unskilled youths of various communities.

Ajit holds Master’s Degree in Economics in 1990 from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Prior to found Abc-India he has worked with one of the well-known search & selection companies in Chennai. He headed Non-IT segment and looking after acquisition research and business development. He is heading Training, Placement & CSR for Wisdom Foundation. He attended several other Motivational & MDP’s conducted by reputed institution.
He has having widespread experience of HR in spectrum of Engineering process, Service, information and Technology and Consulting organization. He has handled prestigious “Top Management Level” Executive assignments with several transnational organizations. He looks after the strategic Planning and exploring new business avenues.

Sucheta holds a degree of BE Instrumentation & Controls and Dual MBA in Systems and Human Resource Management, with 25 years of experience in HR departments of the ace companies. She has experience in Marketing domain and strongly believes in Customer satisfaction.
Skilled in the regular HR activities like Recruitment, Selection, Staffing, she has worked a great
deal with employee welfare, employee engagement, event management and organizational development. Human Resource Management being her primary set of skills, she has an extensive know-how about strategic management also. With these experiences in hand, Sucheta has acquired the shrewdness and acumen to gauge the precise requirements of an organization and its employees.

Jyotsna is Post Graduate in Business Management (MBA) with Human Resources Management and Marketing Management Specialization. She holds 10 years of Corporate HR experience in various sectors like IT and ITES and Service Industry as well.
She is skilled in the regular HR activities like recruitment, selection, staffing and has worked a great deal with
employee welfare, employee engagement, event management and organisational development. Jyotsna’s hard work for 10 years in an array of sectors pertaining to HR management, administration and marketing has helped her earn the most required versatility required for working with the organisations.

Prof. Ashok B. Kolekar is an experienced assistant professor in English & Communication Skills, specializing in language, soft skills, and life skills. With over 13 years of teaching and training experience, he holds a Master’s degree in English and a diploma in German language. He has successfully cleared the NET and SET exams and is currently pursuing a PhD from Shivaji University. Prof. Kolekar has worked with diverse learners, including students from various
educational backgrounds. He has published research articles, contributed to career guidance books and blogs, and has expertise in content writing and digital marketing. He also has industry experience from working at Infosys BPO Ltd in Pune. In addition to his academic and industry background, Prof. Kolekar is certified in Blockchain Technology and Graphics Animation. He has a passion for classical music, yoga, sports, and social work. He incorporates technology into his teaching methods and aims to inspire and transform individuals. He is a coauthor of the book “Unstoppable: A Complete Metamorphosis of Personality.”
